Disclaimer for route calculations

The calculated routes are based on OpenStreetMap data and are computed by external routing services (OSRM, or openrouteservice with an active vehicle profile). Route recommendations may deviate from actual road conditions. Road closures, roadworks, seasonal restrictions or through-traffic bans may not be taken into account.

The use of the route planning is at your own responsibility. WomoPilot accepts no liability for damage arising from the use of route recommendations.

Vehicle profile and restriction notices — no guarantee

WomoPilot offers the option of storing a vehicle profile (weight, height, width, length). On this basis, routes are calculated with a vehicle-appropriate routing profile and known restrictions (e.g. weight or height restrictions) along the route are displayed as notices.

These functions are based entirely on OpenStreetMap data, which may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. There is no guarantee that:

• all actually existing restrictions are detected and displayed,
• a route calculated with a vehicle profile is actually suitable, permitted or passable for the vehicle,
• the absence of notices means that no restrictions exist.

Only the traffic signs and regulations on site are authoritative. Responsibility for complying with weight, height, width and other restrictions lies solely with the driver (German Road Traffic Regulations, StVO). WomoPilot accepts no liability for damage, fines or other disadvantages arising from the use of the vehicle profile, the restriction notices or the routes calculated with them.

User-generated content (photos, reviews, comments)

Photos, reviews and comments on WomoPilot come from users and reflect solely their personal opinion and experience — not the view of the operator. Despite automated pre-checking, WomoPilot accepts no warranty for the accuracy, timeliness or appropriateness of this content.

Any content can be objected to via the report function and is automatically hidden after several reports. Upon becoming aware of specific legal violations, the content concerned will be removed without delay — please send notices by e-mail to the address given in the legal notice (Impressum).
