We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content

Services and data sources used
WomoPilot uses the following external services and data sources:
OpenStreetMap
Map material and site data come from OpenStreetMap, a free geographic information system. The data is provided under the Open Database License (ODbL). © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Leaflet
The interactive map is displayed using Leaflet (version 1.9.4), an open-source JavaScript library under the BSD-2-Clause licence.
Nominatim (OpenStreetMap)
For converting place names into coordinates (geocoding), the Nominatim service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation is used. Terms of use: Nominatim Usage Policy.
Overpass API (OpenStreetMap)
Site data is imported via the Overpass API, a read service for OpenStreetMap data.
OSRM (Open Source Routing Machine)
Route calculations are performed by the OSRM project, an open-source routing engine based on OpenStreetMap data. The public demo server is operated by the OSRM community.
Anthropic Claude (artificial intelligence)
The API of Anthropic (Claude) is used for the automatic analysis of site websites and AI-assisted route planning. Text from site websites and users' route requests are transmitted to the Anthropic API and processed there. The Anthropic privacy policy applies.
Fonts (local)
This page uses the fonts Nunito and Inter, which are stored locally on the server. No connection is made to Google servers or other external font services.
Geofabrik
OSM map data for offline import is obtained via Geofabrik. The data is provided under the ODbL licence.
Note on map data
The site data shown in WomoPilot comes from OpenStreetMap and may be incomplete or outdated. Additional information is obtained automatically through AI analysis of the operators' websites. WomoPilot accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this data. Before travelling, it is always advisable to check with the respective site operator.
